Confirmations
Registration confirmations are auto-generated and sent to the email address provided during the registration process. If you did not receive your confirmation, please contact PLUS at memberservices@plusweb.org.

Special Needs and/or Dietary Requests
PLUS will do whatever it can to make accommodations as requested for visual/audio/mobile or other needs. PLUS will do its best to accommodate dietary and/or food allergy requests provided in advance; however PLUS events are not certified allergy-free events. To request any special accommodations please contact PLUS at memberservices@plusweb.org.

Badge Policy
If you are provided a name badge, your name badge will be required for admission to all PLUS events. No exceptions will be made. If you lose your badge, you will need to get a replacement. You may not share or provide your badge to any other person.

Registration Substitutions
Onsite or pre-event registration substitutions may be accepted. However, additional fees may apply depending on registration type and date of original registration. Substitutions may be limited or have other restrictions or requirement depending on the cancellation policy of that event. Contact PLUS staff for additional substitution details.

Code of Conduct
PLUS reserves the right to take any action deemed necessary and appropriate, including immediate removal from or non-admittance to the event without warning or refund, in response to any incident PLUS determines, in its sole discretion, to be unacceptable behavior and reserves the right to prohibit attendance at future events. PLUS prohibits any form of discrimination or harassment by attendees, sponsors, staff, vendors, volunteers, and independent contractors at the event. If you experience harassment or discrimination or witness harassment or discrimination, report it to the PLUS CEO, a PLUS trustee, or PLUS employee.

Weapons at PLUS events are strictly prohibited. Attendees, sponsors, staff, vendors, volunteers, and independent contractors are forbidden from carrying weapons of any kind, including concealed or displayed firearms or knives, onto the premises of the event, unless hired security by PLUS and permitted by the venue.

Satellite Events & Competing Interests
Non-PLUS hosted events or activities at the same venue as a PLUS event must not conflict with any official PLUS event-related activities, unless approved by PLUS.

PLUS sponsors and exhibitors pay to promote their brand to event attendees. These payments directly contribute to the success of our events and our organization as a whole. Any individual or company attempting to take advantage of the event without supporting it jeopardizes the integrity of the sponsorship program and the ability to provide resources to our members.

Liability Waiver
By registering for a PLUS in-person event, you assume all risks and accept sole responsibility for any injury (including, but not limited to, personal injury, disability, and death), illness, damage, loss, claim, liability, or expense, of any kind, that you may experience or incur in connection with attending the event. Attendee hereby releases, covenants not to sue, discharges, and holds harmless PLUS, its employees, agents, and representatives, of and from any such claims, including all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs, or expenses of any kind arising out of or relating thereto.

Specifically relating to the global COVID-19 pandemic, attendee acknowledges the highly contagious nature of COVID-19 and voluntarily assumes the risk of exposure or infection by attending a PLUS event, and that such exposure or infection may result in personal injury, illness, disability, and/or death to attendee. Attendee understands that the risk of becoming exposed to or infected by COVID-19 at the event may result from the actions, omissions, or negligence of others who may attend the event or their families, colleagues, or others with whom they may have contact.

In addition to all other rules and regulations relating to the attendee’s attendance at PLUS events, attendee agrees to comply with all COVID-related procedures that may be implemented by PLUS or the venue in which the event is held, including, but not limited to, mask-wearing and social distancing requirements and restrictions on certain activities that carry higher COVID-related risk, in order to protect as much as possible the health and safety of all PLUS attendees.

Safety and Medical Emergencies
The safety and security of our attendees is of the utmost importance to PLUS. Should an emergency arise, please locate a PLUS staff member or in-house security immediately. If the situation requires immediate medical care, always call 911 first.

Drink Responsibly
PLUS encourages you to drink responsibly. Official PLUS policy regarding minimum age for alcohol consumption is the age applicable to the jurisdiction of the event venue. The event venues have the right to refuse serving alcohol to anyone and may require photo identification.

Attendee Roster
Unless you have specifically opted out, by completing the event registration you are providing your consent for PLUS to share your limited registration information (name company name, job titles, city, state and/or country) on the PLUS event attendee roster. PLUS may also share this limited registration contact information with third parties as necessary to conduct the event and in compliance with the privacy policy.

Media Access
PLUS reserves the right to grant or restrict at its sole discretion access to TV, radio, electronic, and print media organizations or individuals to any PLUS event.

Use of Multimedia
By attending the PLUS event, you acknowledge and agree that PLUS, or others acting on its behalf, may take photographs, video and/or audio recordings during the event (including through social media). You may appear in such photographs, videos and/or audio recordings, and that PLUS may edit and use the images or recordings it captures at the event for any lawful purpose including, but not limited to, marketing, promotion, or educational purposes.

You are prohibited from photographing, video recording, livestreaming and audio recording or sharing any part of the event, sessions or content (including through recording on social media feeds) unless you have obtained written permission in advance from PLUS.

Due to the prevalence of mobile devices, PLUS disclaims all liability for the capture of your image, voice or likeness by other attendees in any multimedia format (including social media) at the event.

Views Expressed
The views expressed at an event by attendee, speaker, exhibitor or sponsor are not necessarily those of PLUS or its representatives or the employer of the person expressing the view. All event attendees, speakers, exhibitors and sponsors are solely responsible for the content of any and all individual or corporate presentations or marketing collateral.

Antitrust
It is the policy of PLUS to comply with all antitrust laws. Attendees shall not discuss information about practices or policies not publicly known and competitively sensitive such as rates, rating plans, rating programs, or related information; discounts, rebates or incentive programs, terms of payment, profits, cost, expenses, margins or related matters; policy terms, conditions or limitations; or allocation of customers or territories.

Event Cancellation or Change of the Event
PLUS reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the event in its entirety for any reason, including because PLUS determines in its sole discretion that the event cannot be held as planned. If PLUS cancels the event you will be entitled to a refund of your registration fees but PLUS will not be responsible for any hotel, airfare, travel, meeting, or satellite event cost. PLUS also reserves the right to close registration when the event reaches capacity.

PLUS reserves the right to change, alter, or eliminate any part of the event up to and on the day of the event. This may include, but is not limited to topics, speakers, time of events, accreditation, and locations. Changes are made at the discretion of PLUS and PLUS will take reasonable efforts to notify attendees, but may be done without notifying attendees. If sessions are changed or cancelled no refund should be expected.

PLUS nor any of their officers, employees, agents, members or representatives shall be liable for any loss, liability, damage or expense suffered or incurred by any person as a result of a cancellation, rescheduling of the event or change, alteration or elimination of any part of the event.

Change in Policy & Conditions
PLUS reserves the right to change, amend, add, or remove any of the above policies & conditions in its sole discretion and without prior notice. These policies & conditions apply to all event participants (attendees, speakers, sponsors, exhibitors and vendors).
