Benjamin Falk

Ben is the Commercial Middle Market Leader for FINEX North America at Willis, based in King of Prussia, PA. In this role, he leads the Middle Market Private/Non-Profit strategy for financial and executive lines of coverage.

With over 20 years of experience in marketing, consulting, and negotiating Management and Professional Liability Insurance, Ben brings deep expertise in structuring coverage solutions for complex exposures. Since joining Willis 12 years ago, he spent his first four years working with public companies and large private clients before creating and implementing the Middle Market team, a key strategic initiative for FINEX North America.

Throughout his career, Ben has advised clients of all sizes—both publicly traded and privately held—on high-exposure insurance and risk management issues. Before joining Willis, Ben served as a Commercial Lines Team Leader, overseeing the placement of all lines of commercial insurance. In this capacity, he managed a team of account managers and claims specialists, while also handling a portfolio of financial institution clients.

Ben began his insurance career in 1999 as a Personal Lines Producer with The Hartford Insurance Group.

Ben holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from Shippensburg University.
