Andrew Kosoff

Andrew currently serves as Senior Vice President and Public Company Executive Liability Leader for the U.S. within the ProEx team. In this role, he specializes in structuring and placing Directors & Officers (D&O) Liability, Employment Practices Liability, Fiduciary Liability, and Crime insurance programs for public companies. Andrew brings extensive experience in complex public company D&O placements, with particular expertise in IPOs and SPAC transactions.

He has earned the Registered Professional Liability Underwriter (RPLU) and Associate in General Insurance (AINS) designations and holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Indiana University Bloomington.

Outside of work, Andrew enjoys spending time with his three children.
