Raina Borrelli

I lead Strauss Borrelli’s class action litigation practice, bringing claims on behalf of consumers to remedy violations of consumer protection laws, consumers’ right to privacy, data breach laws, and product liability laws, among others. Our team litigates these cases in state and federal courts across the country, pitting us against the largest law firms and biggest corporations in the United States.

I received my J.D. magna cum laude from the University of Minnesota Law School in 2011. Prior to joining Strauss Borrelli, I was a partner at Gustafson Gluek PLLC, a boutique class action firm in Minneapolis, Minnesota, where I successfully prosecuted complex class actions in federal and state courts.
