Adam Shipley

Adam Shipley is a partner in the firm’s Corporate Practice Group in New York City, and serves as the Co-Leader of the firm’s Corporate Practice Group.

Adam advises insurance companies and MGAs on transactional risk matters and leads the firm’s transactional risk advisory team.

Adam also advises clients on business transactions, including company acquisitions and sales (advising both buyers and sellers), growth capital investments, joint ventures, and partnership formations.
