Eileen Kuo

Eileen has more than
ten years of experience advising on a wide variety of complex tax matters, including M&A, financing and inbound/outbound investment transactions (including project
finance and alternative investments), capital markets, structured products, and international taxation. Eileen began her tax career with Paul Hastings and Milbank structuring tax-efficient
solutions for various cross-border and domestic transactions. Eileen leverages her technical tax knowledge and strong business acumen to develop creative and practical tax insurance strategies mitigating high-stakes tax risks faced by a diverse range of clients. Eileen earned her JD at Columbia Law School, where she was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar, and her Master of Business Taxation and BS in Accounting at the University of Southern California Leventhal School of Accounting (magna cum laude).
