Wendy Mellk

Wendy J. Mellk is a Principal in Jackson Lewis P.C.’s New York City office and a trusted advisor to employers nationwide. Since joining the firm in 1996, Wendy has built a reputation for delivering practical, business-focused solutions to complex workplace challenges.
She is a seasoned litigator, defending employers in high-stakes single-plaintiff and multi-plaintiff cases in state and federal courts, as well as before the American Arbitration Association, JAMS, and administrative agencies.
Beyond litigation, Wendy partners with employers and management to navigate the full spectrum of workplace issues, from compliance strategies to risk mitigation. In addition to her litigation and counseling work, Wendy co-leads Jackson Lewis’ national Employment Practices Liability Insurance (EPLI) practice, providing strategic guidance and thought leadership.
