Meghan Earle

Meghan began her career at Chubb In New York in 2001 where she built a strong foundation in underwriting management liability. She later moved to Bermuda to further expand her access to large complex clients and insurance programs. While in Bermuda, Meghan has held key underwriting roles at Sompo Bermuda before joining AXA XL Bermuda, where she served as Head of the Bermuda D&O Portfolio. Most recently, Meghan leads Management Liability for AIG Bermuda, overseeing strategy, portfolio performance and client engagement across the region. Her work is centered on public company clients, focusing on Fortune 500 firms and organization with large employee counts. With more than two decades of experience in the insurance market, she is recognized for her deep technical knowledge, disciplined underwriting approach and commitment to building strong broker and client partnerships.
